NeoART is a Phase II randomised, double blind, placebo controlled trial taking place in the UK. NeoART will recruit 200 participants to help us determine if a 2 week course of pre-operative oral artesunate (an established antimalarial drug) can reduce the risk of cancer recurring after surgery in patients with Stage II/III operable bowel cancer.
